now i'm certain

since december09 i have been noticing spooky things in the house,
i've heard a lot of things that make no sense and i've even seen her once and that was just the other day..
but this morning was the weirdest thing.

i was asleep and i heard 'chlo can u get me a glass of water,,love.'
it woke me up and i got out of bed, i went downstairs and i got a glass and filled it with water,
then i went back to my room..

that's when i realised that it was 11am and everybody was out.
nobody was even in my room..

i don't know what to think, i've never done that before..

your saying that i have had some wired stuff happen like i felt something touch me when i was sleeping and it took my breath a way scary shit trust and on a vid rec before i heard heavy breathing lol

did the voice sound like someone you knew? your husband? or did you assume it was just "someone" who wanted some water and you weren't really paying attention?

i was asleep and it woke me up, it sounded like one of my sisters or my nan..
so i got up and i just did it..like i had no control until i got back to my room with a glass of water and i thought wtf..

it must've been part of a dream, maybe :/ if it wasn't, then i think i know what it was.
lol it just sounds like i'm nuts now..

You're not nuts. If you were not experiencing other things in your home I might think this was just a hypnogogic auditory illusion. When we're inbetween sleep and awake, our brain can manufacture its own sensory data and make it seem extremely real. But if you're seeing and hearing stuff while wide awake then it might be something else.

but could that be my brain too?? like hearing stuff and seeing a couple of things??
that's what i've always worried about, if it's just in my head or not

it could be all in your head. Are you getting a good diet and plenty of rest? The brain needs carbs and fats and good sleep to work the way it was designed to.

I hate to sound harsh Sapph, but I did say that to you two weeks ago that it was likely a result of lack of sleep.

In your head, maybe.
A ghost, spirit, outside influence, maybe.
Crazy, no.
When you do not question it and wonder about it, accept it as all being as it should be.
Then I would consider crazy an option.

I often hear voices and loud noises just as I go to sleep.
Sometimes loud enough to wake me up.
Sometimes recognize the voice as someone many miles away or dead.
Never can make out more than a word or two.

Long ago I realized it was an internal phenomena occuring in my head.
Crazy is if I respond or take instruction and never stop to wonder why.

Internal or external, wondering why and contemplating source, means your sanity is intact.

i have seen something that couldn't have been in my head, well it could've been,,
but i don't think it was.

I know there are things we cannot see that do real physical actions.

Being a science oriented person, I never believed in ghosts.
But having been confronted by something with no reasonable explenation, I have been forced to re evaluate my thinking.
Not sure of ghosts still, but there are unseen forces, and they can make noises specificly aimed at getting our attention.

Know it was not internal, because there was a witness.
Some one else cannot hear what is strictly within my head.
And it was entirely different from the ones I know to be internal.

Everybodies Central Nervous system is wired a little bit differently.
Childhood injuries we are not even aware of can also modify the wiring.

Key in analysis is determining the internal from the external.
For me the difference is striking and easily discernable.
For others, it is not so clear cut.

That you have to evaluate and make your own determination, and research the possibilities.

When we accept and obay without examining the reasons, then sanity is the question.
Making choices, and not blindly doing what the little voices in your head tell you to, perfectly sane.
